- Address patient inquiries regarding billing and claims, ensuring a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
- Work alongside cross-departmental teams to refine billing workflows, enhance policies, and drive financial outcomes.
- Uphold compliance with relevant regulations and maintain ethical standards in all billing practices.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years in a leadership role, with at least 2 years in a billing or revenue cycle environment.
- A strong commitment to supporting patients facing mental health challenges and alignment with the mission of Serenity Healthcare.
- Extensive experience in billing, preferably within the mental health sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of billing processes, including charge capture, payment posting, denial management, and patient collections.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving financial objectives.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to the dynamic needs of the department.
- Experience in managing insurance collections effectively.
