POSITION SUMMARY: This role requires the ability to perform scheduled dance routines while demonstrating exceptional Guest service skills. A fun, energetic, and proactive attitude is essential for daily responsibilities, which include engaging with guests and managing multiple tasks.

  • Serve beverages to guests efficiently and courteously.
  • Perform assigned dance routines and individual performances in front of guests and large audiences.
  • Accurately process all orders in the POS system while maintaining guest interaction.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards, including the ability to manage guest consumption appropriately.
  • Follow the provided dance schedule diligently.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in reading and speaking English, with effective communication skills for interacting with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be capable of establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with Team Members and Guests.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS:

  • Varies based on operational needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Comfortable with kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work environment may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain secondhand smoke.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long durations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Food Handler Safety Training Card/Health Card.
  • Techniques Of Alcohol Management Card/TAM Card or Alcohol Awareness Card.
  • Gaming License Registration.
  • Union Referral.
