Position Summary:
The Food and Beverage Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of staff in all food and beverage venues during the designated shift. This role ensures that our guests receive outstanding service and that operations run smoothly.

  • Staff Management: Supervise daily employee schedules and break times.
  • Customer Service: Guarantee prompt and courteous service to all patrons.
  • Service Standards: Monitor staff adherence to established service protocols.
  • Guest Interaction: Welcome and engage with guests in a friendly manner.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the service operations of dining establishments during the shift.
  • Shift Procedures: Ensure proper opening and closing of beverage operations.
  • Staff Compliance: Verify that all employees are punctual, in appropriate attire, and following service guidelines, addressing any issues as they arise.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee requisition and management of all inventory.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate employee performance and assist in performance reviews and corrective actions.
  • Facility Maintenance: Coordinate cleaning and maintenance of beverage outlets.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform related administrative tasks and reporting as needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or one year of related experience preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
- Strong customer service and communication skills required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
