Job Summary

V2X is seeking a highly skilled Radio Frequency (R/F) Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects spanning various security levels for a government program office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Identify required resources, schedule dependencies, and contracting actions needed to support the overarching R/F engineering efforts and interfaces with Program Management and related technologies.
  • Technical Expertise: With an emphasis on integrating novel new technologies on existing weapons platforms, you will analyze R/F engineering problems to develop and implement solutions to complex system design and development issues.
  • Requirements Development: Develop, analyze, and validate requirements, specifications, and interfaces.
  • Testing and Analysis: Process and analyze data, assess system under test performance, develop conclusions and recommendations, and generate report-quality data products such as quick-look reports, test status reports, watch item reports, deficiency reports, and formal and informal technical reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the program office, prime contractors, subcontractors, and test ranges throughout all phases of design review, test planning, execution, analysis, anomaly investigation, and reporting.
  • Coordination: Effectively organize, schedule, and coordinate R/F engineering work phases and tasks to support effective integration in a highly classified environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Clearance: An active DoD Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in R/F Engineering, including participation in SETR events.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience in management and technical positions for major ACAT programs and advanced technologies, experience with weapon/aircraft system electronic warfare technologies and system integration and testing functions, experience in highly classified environments, and proficiency with Microsoft office products.
