Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Lead Project Controls Specialist who is eager to advance their career. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in overseeing programs and portfolios for prominent power utility firms while implementing effective Project Controls methodologies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Address project control challenges across various levels, including portfolio, program, and project management, demonstrating your specialized expertise.
- Conduct schedule analyses, identify critical paths, and effectively communicate your insights.
- Work closely with Program Directors to support complex Programs, gaining invaluable experience and visibility.
Essential Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Critical Path Methodology (CPM).
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems, particularly with CPI, SPI, and S-Curve metrics.
- Understanding of Cost Management principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of the power sector, especially high-voltage Transmission and Distribution (T&D).

Compensation and Benefits:
