Job Summary

The Lead Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for managing project documents, ensuring accurate information distribution, and coordinating submissions with stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities

  • Manage project documents, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Coordinate submissions and distribute information to stakeholders
  • Review, process, and file documentation
  • Develop and maintain project management documents in accordance with Amtrak standards
  • Assist in the development of meeting agendas, minutes, and related items

Requirements

  • Demonstrated project controls document skills
  • Experience with SharePoint, MSPS, and Primavera
  • Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service
  • Effectiveness working diplomatically across teams with varying objectives
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and present project portfolio reports, proposals, and related information

Salary Range

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $94,300 and $122,256, based on factors such as education, work experience, and location. Amtrak offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision plans, as well as flexible spending accounts, 401K retirement plan, and more.
