Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, refinancing, and development projects.
  • Assess credit risk and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers and portfolio managers to enhance the quality of information required for underwriting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, borrowers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, industry trends, and market conditions.
  • Participate in credit risk management and maintenance of credit quality for assigned portfolios.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance required; master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in lending and/or credit analysis.
  • Knowledge of banking products and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
