Job Title: SAP Security Analyst- RISE

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, maintaining, and supporting SAP security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and configuring SAP security to ensure full compliance with IT security policies
  • Implementing and maintaining SAP security to optimize business processes
  • Configuring and utilizing a GRC tool to create and modify SAP Security Roles/Profiles
  • Experience in Security Design & Blueprinting, Customization, Implementation and Auditing of SAP Roles and Authorization (S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP Ariba, HANA cloud, BTP, etc.)
  • Understanding of UI Masking /Logging and related data privacy requirements including GDPR
  • Troubleshooting user roles, security objects, and authorizations to resolve Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts and risks, applying mitigation controls, supervising sensitive access and elevated privileges
  • Conducting regular system audits to detect deviations from established procedures, role mappings, and unauthorized system activity
  • Leveraging the GRC tool to validate user role assignments and profile modifications
  • Supporting integration testing of roles/profiles
  • Verifying approvals for user access modifications
  • Enhancing and supporting the Access Control module
  • Improving user experience for GRC tool users by enabling FIORI Apps
  • Assisting the team in performing reviews and monitoring activities using the GRC tool
  • Serving as an SAP Security subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to team members and stakeholders
  • Monitoring automated processes and compliance jobs for effective and efficient operation
  • Reviewing security patches for SAP landscape applications
  • Conducting security reviews of SAP systems and participating in audit and compliance activities
  • Resolving technical and complex security-related issues across the SAP landscape
  • Identifying gaps in security administration processes, procedures, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating effectively with customers, vendors, and peers
  • Monitoring progress on work queues to ensure timely resolution of open items
  • Developing, maintaining, implementing, and communicating security policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years relevant work experience in analyzing, developing, and maintaining SAP Security or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong foundation on S/4HANA Security is a prerequisite
  • Should be able to identify and build portfolios in S/4HANA Security implementation and Conversion topics
  • Strong in Technology security fundamentals and hands-on experience on SAP specific products and solutions like SAP GRC suite of products including Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Integrity Screening, SAP Single Sign-On, SAP Identity Management
  • Technical knowledge and experience in SAP Business Technology Platform and related solutions like Identity Authentication, Identity Access Governance, and Identity Provisioning is a must
  • Experience using GRC Tools (SAP GRC, CPGRC, etc.)
  • Expertise in designing and deploying comprehensive security solutions for large corporations using S/4 HANA, ECC, BI/BW, PI/PO, EWM, Solution Manager, and FIORI Gateway
  • Experience in migrating SAP Roles to S/4 HANA
  • Firm understanding of SAP Cloud Security
  • Knowledge of risk assessment procedures, authorization methodologies, and authentication technologies
  • Familiarity with segregation of duties and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations related to application security
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient project management skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
