Project Analyst Job Description

Chenega MIOS SBU is seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst to assist with the daily operation and management of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing briefing materials, papers, and program plans.
  • Technical Writing: Assist with the technical writing of contract documentation for Directorate Departments.
  • Document Review: Provide technical review of documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Tracking and Monitoring: Assist with tracking military and civilian personnel evaluations, recognition, awards, and other requirements.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning, organizing, executing, documenting, and pre/post-support of workshops, training, conferences, and meetings.
  • Calendar Management: Oversee calendars, taskers, deadlines, and office distribution.
  • SharePoint Management: Maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, wiki pages, web parts, sites, and sub-sites.
  • Task and Expense Tracking: Assist with tracking, monitoring, and responding to tasking and expenses.
  • Travel Coordination: Assist with initiating and managing government/contractor travel requests and authorizations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree related to Information Technology field of study.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience coordinating and/or supporting IT business processes.
  • Certifications: PMP certification required, ITIL Agile-SCRUM certifications preferred.
  • Clearance: Secret clearance Tier 3 investigation required.
