About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst - Senior to join our team in support of the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements. You will also devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements.
  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
  • Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
  • Guides and advises less experienced Business Systems Analysts.
  • Responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods, including user manuals and reference manuals.
  • Maintains a current internal documentation library.
  • Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience or Master's Degree with 10 years of experience.
  • Ability to perform a variety of analytical tasks, which are broad in nature and are concerned with the design and implementation, including personnel, hardware, software, and support facilities and/or equipment to provide mission support.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Experienced in creating network diagrams.
  • Provide technical write-ups to document change management.
  • Able to communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
  • Clearance Level: TS/SCI.
  • Required Certification(s): DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract.
