Job Summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Staff Operations Advisor to support our Federal Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical expertise to government agencies, including the Army G2 (Intelligence) and other government staff, to support senior-level decision making for Intelligence Community agencies, DoD, service, and commands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Staff Operations Team to provide technical expertise to government agencies, including research, analysis, and coordination of strategy, policy, and doctrine.
  • Support government agencies with executive-level projects, analyzing, assessing, and developing future strategy and guidance governing client OSINT operations.
  • Conduct research for strategic and conceptual guidance to Intelligence Community leaders.
  • Conduct novel and systematic analyses to improve and enhance OSINT activities.
  • Provide intelligence, information sharing, safeguarding integration, and coordination efforts.
  • Address Intelligence Community issues through interaction and collaboration with appropriate mission partners.
  • Support the advancement of key intelligence and information sharing projects with proper agency coordination in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of related experience, Master's degree and 16+ years of experience, or PhD or JD and 13+ years of experience.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and/or maintain one or a combination of accounting systems.
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial procedures to resolve problems and prepare recommendations for management based on the financial results of programs.
  • Skills to analyze current and past budgets, prepare and justify budget requests, and allocate funds according to spending priorities.
  • TS/SCI Clearance required.
