Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to provide advisory and assistance services to the Strategic Integration, Information Resilience Office. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical, administrative, and logistical support to our Department Chief and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedules for Department Chief and coordinate across multiple divisions
- Support office leadership with day-to-day operations and battle rhythms
- Ensure compliance with upper-level requirements and DTRA regulations
- Develop daily schedules, meeting details, and read-ahead correspondence
- Prepare and coordinate Skype sessions for virtual meetings
- Manage conference room scheduling for secure/SVTC meetings
- Coordinate and facilitate executive-level meetings, town halls, and offsite visits
- Prepare, review, and edit written correspondence
- Support in-coming and out-going visit requests, security clearances
Requirements
Proficient in utilizing TMT and SharePoint. Executive Administrative/Office Management support experience required. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to follow detailed direction and work independently is a must. Strong Communication skills required. DTRA experience desired.
Experience with Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), Public Affairs, Marketing, Message Development, or Weapons of Mass Destruction/Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD/CWMD) is preferred.
Education
Minimum of 5 years relatable experience and Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree desired.
Must possess security clearance: SECRET (ability to obtain TS/SCI).
