About the Role
As a Trauma Sales Associate, you will engage with a high level of dedication to facilitate the sales of Stryker's Trauma products, addressing our clients' urgent needs. Under the guidance of a Trauma Sales Representative, you will immerse yourself in the esteemed Stryker Trauma team culture, known for its outstanding results. You will undergo comprehensive formal training on our Trauma product line and sales strategies, including hands-on experience in the operating room. By observing over 300 medical procedures in your first year, you will gain expertise in orthopedic surgical requirements and procedures, becoming an integral member of the surgical team who positively influences surgical outcomes. You should be prepared to be on call during most nights and weekends. Your commitment to client service, effective account management, and dedication to improving healthcare will establish you as a trusted partner to our clients.
