Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
A minimum of three years of direct experience working with adults in program coordination and execution is required. A Bachelor's Degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, healthcare, education, or a related field is preferred. Leadership experience is essential.
Other Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver's license and may need to obtain a commercial driver's license based on community needs.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Includes standing, walking, and using hands for various tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required. Interaction with co-workers, residents, and vendors is frequent, with occasional weekend or evening work as needed.
Knowledge and Skills:
Advanced knowledge of resident programming is necessary, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Brookdale is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.
Compensation:
Salary range is between $52,000 and $65,792 annually.
