Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Subsurface Utility Engineering professional to join our Geomatics team at Stewart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our field crews, as well as preparing and negotiating proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quality of work, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, and clarity.
  • Meet schedules, budgets, and provide responsive service to clients.
  • Oversee the operation of surveying and SUE instrumentation and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project workers, and the public.
  • Represent Stewart in a safe and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 4 years of technical experience in subsurface utility engineering.
  • High School Degree or Equivalent.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and ability to pass a driving record check.
  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of Subsurface Utility Engineering and associated equipment.
  • Advanced Utility Locator Training Course preferred.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands

You will be required to perform physical demands of the position, including squatting, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, traversing difficult terrain, and accessing construction sites in all weather conditions.
