Citi's Military Officer Leadership Program is a comprehensive leadership development program designed to support military veterans as they transition into financial services management roles. The program provides a unique opportunity for participants to gain the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to succeed in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Responsibilities- Participate in a business orientation and immersion session tailored to your experience level.
- Receive training and mentorship to prepare you for success and immediate impact on the business.
- Engage in a comprehensive training and development program that combines classroom learning with online self-paced training modules.
- Assess risk and make business decisions that demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
- Must be a military veteran with leadership experience.
- Typically 4-12 years of military service as a Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officer in any branch of service.
- At least 18 months in a qualifying unit leader equivalent position with direct supervision of at least 15 or more subordinates.
- Staff experience preferred.
- Ideal candidates will have no more than 0-4 years of separation from military service.
- Demonstrated learning agility, clear and concise communication skills, and ability to work through ambiguity.
- Bachelor's/University degree.
