Military Officer Leadership Program Overview

Citi's Military Officer Leadership Program is a comprehensive leadership development program designed to support military veterans as they transition into financial services management roles. The program provides a unique opportunity for participants to gain the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to succeed in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in a business orientation and immersion session tailored to your experience level.
  • Receive training and mentorship to prepare you for success and immediate impact on the business.
  • Engage in a comprehensive training and development program that combines classroom learning with online self-paced training modules.
  • Assess risk and make business decisions that demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Qualifications
  • Must be a military veteran with leadership experience.
  • Typically 4-12 years of military service as a Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officer in any branch of service.
  • At least 18 months in a qualifying unit leader equivalent position with direct supervision of at least 15 or more subordinates.
  • Staff experience preferred.
  • Ideal candidates will have no more than 0-4 years of separation from military service.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, clear and concise communication skills, and ability to work through ambiguity.
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree.
