Job Title: Military Admissions Representative

About the Role:
Universal Technical Institute is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Military Admissions Representative to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a critical role in changing the lives of our students by helping them achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Building Relationships:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with military bases, personnel, and prospective students to promote Universal Technical Institute's programs and services.

Consultative Mindset:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing potential students' concerns, ensuring they receive the full Universal Technical Institute story, and are aware of their career opportunities.

Public Speaking and Presenting:
Deliver educational and motivational presentations to interested individuals to pursue higher education and potentially attend Universal Technical Institute, utilizing all marketing and recruiting tools to showcase the Universal Technical Institute story.

Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Universal Technical Institute programs, financing options, and other pertinent information to answer prospective student questions during presentations.

Administrative:
Accurately maintain travel logs and reports to track visits and leads generated, adhering to all regulatory compliance criteria and procedures.

Travel:
75%+ of time spent traveling to military bases and other locations to conduct presentations and build relationships.

Qualifications:

Education:
High School degree or GED required.

Experience:
Experience with public speaking and sales preferred. Military and recruiting experience also preferred. 2 years of sales experience preferred.

Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation and sales skills, good understanding of Microsoft Office programs, ability to analyze and report data, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
