Job Title: Project Management Office Analyst

Yoh is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to join our team. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing processes, developing business strategies, and providing real-time visibility into key performance metrics (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain management dashboards and reports to track KPIs and metrics.
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Offer real-time visibility into data for predictive forecasting and decision-making.
  • Set up automatic alerts based on thresholds to ensure timely action.
  • Conduct text analytics to extract trends and patterns from unstructured data.
  • Ensure end-to-end transparency in processes and timelines using workbench tools.
  • Analyze and design processes and systems for organizational efficiency.
  • Assess current states and customer requirements to define future business solutions.
  • Prepare presentations for senior leadership and communicate portfolio risks and resource utilization to project managers.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of senior PMO experience.
  • 5 years of project management experience.
  • Background in manufacturing or construction (no IT backgrounds).
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Tableau.
  • Expert proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skills preferred, such as VBA).
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report on KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advance Excel (VBA preferred), Tableau, ServiceNow.
