Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Mercy Clinic is seeking a skilled Primary Care Nurse to join our team. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including triage, assessment, and treatment according to established protocols.
- Assist with electronic health record management, including inputting orders and managing in-basket messages.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Diploma in Practical Nursing (LPN) or Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing (RN)
- Active LPN or RN license
- 2-3 years of experience in primary care nursing, preferably in a similar setting
