Job Description

OuterBridge Risk Advisors is a commercial and personal Lines P&C insurance agency with offices in Atlanta and Columbus, GA. This position reports to the Atlanta office. We prioritize providing client value and embracing new ways of working and succeeding. We are a young, vibrant, and consistently growing agency, and we have an opportunity for a new Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager.

We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who is ready to be with their forever agency - one that will invest in them and their career. In this role, we provide coaching, technology to support your processes, an agency-wide team culture, access to top-tier markets, as well as incentives to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of commercial account management experience, be P&C licensed, and be located in Atlanta, Georgia. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience using Applied Epic. Otherwise, experience with AMS 360 is acceptable.

We are looking for a teammate with the necessary prior experience and drive to work as a team with our producers in the management of our small, middle market, and ultimately national commercial accounts. We are looking for an associate with the potential to eventually assume leadership responsibilities within an Operations Manager role.


Responsibilities

To retain, manage, and grow the agency's commercial book of business by maximizing the OuterBridge servicing process and applying these strategies daily. This includes developing trusted relationships with our clients and providing best-in-class service, using client education and risk advisory to grow our client partnerships, and efficiently and accurately following our written data and compliance workflows.

  1. Maintain a best-in-class retention rate on your assigned book of business
  2. Conduct account reviews
  3. Earn and grow our clients' trust through education and risk advisory
  4. Proactively and effectively own new business and remarketing efforts
  5. Follow written agency data and compliance processes
