Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Assist the General Manager in the overall operations of the store in a leadership capacity, ensuring efficient store operations and enforcing store policy.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure a superior guest experience, maximizing sales performance, and driving profitability while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Store Operations: Complete the store opening/closing and following opening/closing procedures, make bank deposits, and assist the General Manager with product ordering.
  • Quality Control: Ensure consistency and high-quality preparation of smoothies and guest service, enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of all areas.
Requirements
  • Operational Skills: Operate a blender and POS cashier system, regularly move boxes weighing up to 55 lbs., and position self to bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback, and knowledge of general POS functionality.
  • Reliability: Must be extremely reliable and knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
