Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Center Agent to join our team at Group 1 Automotive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads, maintaining customer relationships, and developing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to inbound leads, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and market analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans, targeting key markets and customer segments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
