The Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional will support and assist individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities during the overnight hours in Level 2 residential programs.

Staff will provide daily intervention, supervision, and skills training in activities of daily living while managing within a home environment and in the community.

Individuals may require moderate physical assistance or accommodation.

Staff will receive specialized training to provide enhanced supervision or interventions designed to address multiple disabilities, including behavioral support or enhanced medical care.

The schedule for this position is Thursday and Friday from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and Saturday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include providing support and assistance with activities of daily living, maintaining required documentation, and administering medications according to MAP regulations.

Additionally, staff will be responsible for completing household cleaning duties, transporting individuals as needed, and complying with Bridgewell's Awake Overnight Call-In procedures.

Required education and experience include a high school diploma or GED, and a minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.

Preferred qualifications include an Associate's degree or DSP certification, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
