About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team at Fisher Investments. As a key member of our Enterprise Transformation Office, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Experience Design: Gather and evaluate user experience design requirements in collaboration with the broader team, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our clients and prospects.
  • UX Leadership: Be the voice of the user and UX for all agile scrum ceremonies, providing guidance and expertise to ensure that our products are user-centered and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Design and Prototyping: Create sketches, storyboards, user flows, and other tangible outputs to communicate concepts, interactions, and design UIs, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.
  • UX Strategy: Work with UX leadership to define and implement UX strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring that our products are innovative, engaging, and meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and communicate UX design decisions, working closely with engineers to ensure that designs are implementable and meet the needs of our users.
  • Design Guidelines and Best Practices: Promote design guidelines and best practices, ensuring that our products are consistent and meet the highest standards of quality.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant UX design experience with a portfolio that shows application project design, including experience leading product design and presenting UX methodologies and selling UX as a value.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading product design, including experience facilitating and running UX workshops and producing artifacts like wireframes, testing guides, and experience maps.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile methodology, including experience designing experiences that improve the product value in an iterative Agile/Scrum working model.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 base salary per year in the state of WA, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
