Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based systems and associated peripheral devices.
  • Effectively manage the installation and troubleshooting of business applications.

  • Escalate technical issues to hardware and software vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in IT/Desktop Support, with proficiency in all Windows operating systems.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Professional Suite are required.
  • Experience in Healthcare IT is preferred.
