IT Desktop Support Specialist

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, and application issues.
- Configure new computers, perform hardware upgrades, and maintain accurate endpoint device inventory.
- Troubleshoot client-server connectivity and permissions.
- Complete special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
- Provide recommendations for hardware improvement/repairs.
- Accurately document Service Desk ticket status and resolution.
- Fulfill all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of working experience.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Understanding of Citrix-based technologies.
- Understanding of Mobile Device Management.
- Industry certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of modifying computer objects within Active Directory.
- Experience with computer hardware support.
- Superior customer-facing skills.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements and priorities.
- Ability to operate effectively in a team environment.
