Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to electrically and mechanically troubleshoot and repair commercial food equipment
  • Travel to customer sites, working with minimal direct supervision
  • Meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals

Requirements

  • Accredited High School Diploma or GED and 4-7 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily
  • Ability to work overtime and on-call as required
  • Ability to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH

Working Conditions

  • Office facility and customer facilities (including commercial kitchens of various types of businesses)
  • Exposure to noise, heat, cold, slippery, wet, and dirty conditions may occur
  • Travel requirement up to 50% of time
