Business Development Representative

We're building innovative AI-powered solutions for service businesses on Shopify. Our goal is to help service professionals acquire direct business quickly and efficiently.
As a Business Development Representative at Topline Pro, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth over the coming year. You'll be the direct link to interfacing with our customers each day, helping shape the future of our product.
We're looking for a talented sales professional who can manage a pipeline of active leads and utilize sales software (Hubspot, Salesloft). You'll also actively manage customer accounts post-sale and relay product learnings to the product team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pipeline of active leads and utilize sales software (Hubspot, Salesloft)
- Actively manage customer accounts post-sale and relay product learnings to the product team
- Comfort with reaching out to cold leads through multiple communications channels (phone, email, etc.)
