About the RoleThe Senior Solutions Consultant, AI, is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in audit and advisory services. As our primary AI solution lead, you'll work closely with customers and prospects to identify opportunities where our AI capabilities can enhance their workflows. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions that address specific practitioner needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their existing workflows, challenges, and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for AI implementation and propose solutions to address specific practitioner needs.
- Develop and engineer AI-driven prompts to streamline practitioner workflows.
- Collaborate with clients to review and fine-tune AI Actions, ensuring alignment with their requirements and expectations.
- Lead the coordination of training sessions for clients to familiarize them with AI actions and their functionalities.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of AI actions on client workflows.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in audit and advisory services. Your expertise should include:
- At least 4+ years of experience in audit and advisory services at a public accounting firm.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation.
- Proven experience in consulting, project management, or a related field, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex client requirements into practical AI solutions.
