Position Summary
The Field Service Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of field service tasks through effective collaboration with both Sunrun branches and partner organizations. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with field teams, leadership, and centralized support to ensure that projects are prepared for execution, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Act as a primary contact for clients, facilitating communication regarding routine field service operations and addressing customer inquiries and escalations as needed.
  • Schedule and assign customer appointments in alignment with technician routes and availability.
  • Initiate and manage tasks necessary for field service dispatches.
  • Assess customer escalations and adjust schedules in partnership with leadership to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Complete daily responsibilities within established timelines by prioritizing multiple tasks across various projects with minimal oversight.
  • Meet all defined performance metrics, objectives, and deadlines in a dynamic, high-performing team environment.
  • Provide support to other teams as required.
  • Foster positive relationships and maintain open communication with customers, colleagues, and all organizational levels to provide necessary updates and reports.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, scheduling, coordination, or case management.
  • Basic understanding of solar installation, construction, or roofing is preferred.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-driven.
  • Applied knowledge of business performance metrics.
  • Ability to independently manage daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and composed under pressure.
  • Strong relationship management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent (e.g., GSuite).
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated success as part of high-performing teams, consistently driving results.
  • A hands-on approach, capable of quick and creative thinking while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to identify potential conflicts early and seek mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary for this position ranges from $17.58 to $23.45, with additional rewards including eligibility for annual bonuses based on individual and company performance, as well as various incentives and awards. Sunrun offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
