The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our Human Capital & Talent team. This role will be responsible for supporting the office, the Human Capital & Talent department, and the firm by providing expert guidance on HR matters, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR advice and guidance to stakeholders on complex HR matters, including employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure successful implementation of strategic Human Capital & Talent initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of Human Capital & Talent operational projects, providing advice and guidance where necessary to ensure projects are delivered successfully and by required deadlines.
- Work closely with Staff Development & Training to identify training opportunities for the office, design and conduct training and development programs, and support the development, implementation, and assessment of ongoing training programs.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand and apply federal, state, and local employment laws or court precedents, including but not limited to: OSHA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, ADEA, and FMLA.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of traditional human resources functions.
- Display excellent leadership skills and the demonstrated ability to lead a team, including organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Successful candidates will be provided with a comprehensive total compensation package, including a generous 401(k) plan, at least 11 paid holidays per year, and a PTO program that accrues 23 days during the first year of employment and grows with tenure.
