Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team at Traditions of Smyrns. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting residents to social and other destinations according to assigned schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to posted speed limits and state guidelines for motor vehicle operation.
  • Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to prevent movement during trips.
  • Document any damages to company vehicles, including accidents, dents, and natural wear and tear.
  • Clean the interior and exterior of the vehicle after each outing and ensure adequate fuel levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record that meets company insurance standards.
  • Commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required for vehicles with a capacity of more than 15 passengers.
  • Working knowledge of motor vehicle safety precautions and compliance with safety measures.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
