About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insulation Specialist to join our team at Northwest Exterminating. As an Insulation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the energy efficiency and comfort of our customers' homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install insulating materials according to work orders, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and notify supervisors of any concerns.
  • Load materials onto trucks and trailers for transportation to worksites.
  • Perform quality checks after product installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow a service schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely arrival at each customer's location.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for job pay and inventory accountability.
  • Partner with internal groups, such as customer service, sales, and management, to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Perform warehouse duties, including cleaning, inventory, loading, and unloading trucks and trailers.
  • Maintain a Safety-First mindset when operating company equipment and vehicles.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • No experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, safely using a ladder, and working in various weather conditions.
