We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Smyrna, Georgia.

Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to work with our esteemed client in Vinings, GA. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing diagnostic imaging procedures using magnetic resonance imaging equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members, including administering medications as ordered and documenting patient responses.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using magnetic resonance imaging equipment, including transporting patients as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist or MRI Technologist preferred.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
  • PC skills and ability to move equipment (50-100lbs).
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, and perform other duties as assigned.
