Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the performance of all Gaming Operations departments, including Table Games, Poker, Slot Operations, and Sportsbook, ensuring exceptional product quality and service delivery.
  • Establish and implement casino policies that comply with governmental regulations and company standards.
  • Develop strategic short- and long-term objectives for assigned gaming areas.
  • Coordinate operations across departments to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain positive public relations through direct engagement and effective communication.
  • Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations impacting gaming operations.
  • Analyze operational performance to drive profitability and efficiency.
  • Identify compliance risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Recommend enhancements to the layout of gaming areas to optimize resource utilization.
  • Explore and execute revenue-generating initiatives within the casino.
  • Provide leadership and operational expertise to the team.
  • Develop and maintain player programs that enhance market share and profitability.
  • Utilize research to assess the effectiveness of gaming marketing strategies.
  • Promote a culture of integrity and responsible corporate behavior within the organization.
  • Foster an environment that encourages reporting of potential compliance issues.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in Casino Gaming Operations (8-10 years preferred).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of casino regulations and procedures, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in operational management and strategic implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess consumer behavior and inform business decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
