Purpose and Essential Duties

The primary objective of the Senior Vice President is to embody the company's corporate commitment to brand consistency by providing the Executive Vice President with performance reports on ongoing projects and offering project teams strategic planning, administrative processes, financial oversight, issue avoidance and mitigation, schedule adherence, quality assurance/control, and installation techniques. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering relationships within the organization by serving as a communication link between the Business Units and corporate support departments.
  • Promoting and exemplifying the company's core values.
  • Collaborating with departments to ensure goals and synergy are maintained throughout the organization.
  • Conducting site visits to support, observe, and report on the progress of installation quality, compliance with contracts, and financial status on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of a company-wide quality control program, standards, procedures, codes, and contract documents necessary for executing assigned work.
  • Introducing, interacting with, training, and motivating project teams in the adoption of corporate operational processes.
  • Guiding new hires to embrace the corporate culture and work ethic.

This position is Full Time, Exempt, and reports directly to the Executive Vice President of EaaS.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience managing projects exceeding $50MM.
  • Strong financial acumen with profit and loss experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to foster relationships across departments.
  • Understanding of financials and overall project health.
  • Commitment to promoting company culture and team ethics.
