Job Summary:
Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome substance abuse challenges? We are seeking a dedicated Substance Abuse Recovery Support Specialist to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a key member of our staff, you will provide direct care to individuals with psychiatric and/or substance abuse disorders in a residential setting, focusing on ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also support the maintenance of the therapeutic environment, providing individual and group support as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and two years of experience in health care or mental health work, or an associate's degree in mental health-related field. Certification in CPR and first aid is also required. A valid NC driver's license is necessary. If you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a patient and caring attitude, and are able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., we encourage you to apply for this meaningful opportunity.
