Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Mental Health Recovery Coordinator. As a key member of our treatment team, you will be responsible for facilitating therapeutic interventions, process groups, and educational activities. Your primary focus will be on providing direct support to clients throughout the day and evening, ensuring their physical and emotional safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the treatment team to develop and implement personalized recovery plans
  • Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to promote client growth and development
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
  • Lead clients on overnight adventure activities, such as hiking, camping, and canoeing

Scheduling:

  • Recovery Coordinators work onsite 7.5 days on and 6.5 days off, providing direct support to clients throughout the shift
  • Staff are provided with meals during scheduled shifts and access to staff living quarters for leisure time and sleeping arrangements

Education & Experience:

  • Must be willing to work 7 1⁄2 consecutive days on shift followed by 6 1⁄2 days off
  • Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent)

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
