Position Overview

The Assembler III role encompasses all responsibilities of Assembler I and II, while also taking on additional leadership duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate team meetings to share job-related insights.
  • Provide training to team members on operational procedures and standards.
  • Utilize initiative and judgment to lead problem-solving efforts and implement effective solutions.
  • Assume lead responsibilities as required.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in complex assembly or a related field.

Physical Requirements

This position involves regular communication and manual manipulation of objects or controls. The employee is expected to stand and walk frequently, with occasional requirements to stoop, bend, or reach overhead. Lifting up to 25 pounds may be necessary at times.

Specific job conditions include extended periods of computer-based work, necessitating periods of sitting, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Occasional travel may be required.
