As a key member of our team, the Senior Manager, Accounts Payable will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the account payable, T&E, credit card program, vendors, and cash management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee AP and T&E functions to ensure prompt and accurate processing, payment, and accounting of all trade payables and employee expense reports including ACH payments and wire transfers
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve any payment issues/discrepancies and manage vendor payment terms and inquiries
  • Conduct regular vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate vendor records for banking details updates against bank letters or voided check
  • Ensure accurate coding and approval of invoices in accordance with company policies
  • Develop and implement best practices for accounts payable and T&E processes in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, metrics, and KPIs
  • Lead process improvement projects and implement best practices including vendor onboarding tool, Bill Capture, bank reconciliation, and global credit card program
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing
  • Manage global cash management processes and oversee banking relationships and operations
  • Responsible for maintaining T&E, Credit card, Purchase, and Account payable policies
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
  • Maintain and provide proper documentation for VAT filings and reconciliations
  • Monitor cash flow requirements related to accounts payable, investment, and payroll activities
  • Maintain bank account structure and documentation including implementing controls for bank account access and payment approvals
  • Support quarterly/annual audits and PBC requests for financial reporting
  • Maintain internal financial controls and procedures for SOX compliance
  • Mentor and manage staff to provide guidance and prioritize activities to drive operational excellence

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • BA or BS degree, Accounting or Business Administration
  • 10+ years of relevant working experience in AP, T&E, and Cash management roles
  • Experience working with international subsidiaries and knowledge of VAT
  • Proven experience with developing scalable, efficient, and controlled processes
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience using NetSuite and Concur or similar systems is necessary

The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this headquarters-based position is $171,900 - $202,200; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
