Tennessee Quality Care – an Addus family company is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Healthcare Executive Director. As a key member of our Home Health Division, you will oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.
  • Provide guidance and counseling to coordinators, Directors of Nursing (DONs), Directors of Therapy (DOT), Clinical Supervisors, and various staff members to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health care services.
  • Assist clinical supervisory staff in managing clinical teams and planning.
  • Provide help in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated.
  • Assist the Administrator in the preparation and administration of operational plans.
  • Evaluate performance of clinical supervisory staff.
  • Hire, evaluate, and terminate organization personnel.
  • Oversee the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, reports, and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting of organization activities.
  • Promote home health referrals in the healthcare community.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse/PT/OT/SLP with current licensure to practice professionally in the state or a licensed physician in the state.
  • Maintain a current CPR certification.
  • A degree in Medicine or professional degree from an accredited program. Master's degree in healthcare preferred.
  • Three years of management experience in a home health or related healthcare organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
  • Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
  • Has excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental/state/local regulations, and organizational standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
