Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursing Director to lead our healthcare team at Osborn Family Health Center in Camden, NJ. This role requires a proven track record of leadership in community healthcare facilities, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily activities of nursing staff, certified medical assistants, and patient navigators, ensuring seamless care delivery and high-quality services.
  • Clinical Excellence: Foster a culture of quality improvement and safety, promoting continuous learning and associate growth to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead multidisciplinary teams in performance improvement activities, process design, and data analysis to drive quality outcomes.
  • Staff Development: Select, train, manage, schedule, and develop non-provider clinical staff, ensuring they meet standards and deliver high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • RN License: Current RN license and CPR for Healthcare Providers certification required.
  • Experience: Demonstrated success in leadership in a community healthcare facility for a minimum of 5 consecutive years.
Benefits and Salary
