About the RoleThis Administrative Coordinator role will provide support to our leadership team, handling administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, coordinating programs, data management, and correspondence.
You will also serve as a Human Resources liaison, maintaining time and attendance records, coordinating calendars, and managing expense accounts.
In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring accounts payable, compiling data for reports, and performing other duties as necessary.
Requirements- 3-5 years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Experience in managing personnel budgets and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Ability to type 45-50 wpm, with strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred or 5 years of directly related experience
