Investment Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Be the house expert and point person when liaising with BRS team.
- Responsible for analytics and data in BRS.
- Develop and maintain custom logic within BRS as needed, along with helping the team with reporting needs in BRS.
- Update and monitor investment results, work closely with investment accounting team ensuring accurate reporting.
- Assist with execution of asset rotation; work with investment accounting to ensure asset movements are reflected in the systems.
- Assist with onboarding new managers including appropriate workflow between external asset managers, custodians, legals, and internal/external investment accounting service provider.
- Accountable for ongoing KYC requirements and IMA amendment updates with existing managers.
- Work with asset managers to monitor portfolios.
- Support the due diligence process on new investment opportunities within private credit.
- Evaluate and analyze various private credit funds.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memos and materials for the investment committee.
- Monitor the performance of the existing investment portfolio.
- Perform research on trends and characteristics of various sectors within the private credit and securitized space.
- Advanced user of BRS.
- 2 year experience in investment operations.
- Familiar with onboarding and KYC process and requirements.
- 2 year of credit experience in one or more securitized products.
- Familiarity with various asset classes within securitized products.
- Experience in both public and private market investments.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Fluid and adapts well to changing environment.
