Territory Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales professional to join our team at Rapid Resource Recruiters. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within assigned territories, building strong relationships with key accounts, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar positions, preferably selling consumer durables in the Industrial/MRO and/or Commercial/Construction channels. In-depth knowledge of work gear and hand tool market(s) is a plus.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleThe Territory Sales role is a critical position within our organization, requiring a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and enthusiasm. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, including CLC and Johnson Level
- Activating brand and product marketing campaigns within assigned territories
- Providing feedback to senior management regarding market requirements and competitor activity
