  • 2+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in a professional services environment.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.
