About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources and Payroll Manager to join our team at Workforce Enterprises. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR tasks, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations. They will also ensure accurate payroll processing, oversee benefits administration, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR tasks, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Oversee benefits administration, including 401(k) program coordination

Requirements:

  • 10 years' experience in human resources, preferably in a non-profit or service-oriented organization
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business management, or closely related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other HR software programs
