Healthcare Pharmacist Specialist

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (desirable).
- Strong understanding of Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and disease registers.
- Proficient knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to foster effective working relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with relevant guidelines, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to travel, with access to a vehicle.
