About the Role

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacy technicians to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of patient safety
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
