We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Expert to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the menu, including reading and verifying information, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
